I am Jennifer the founder of Own Your Power Within.
My Story
I am a solutions focused life coach and have be since the mid 1990’s.
I have worked with children and young people with challenging behaviour, young women in hostels, mother and baby living in drug rehabilitation homes, people with substance misuse challenges, Alcohol centres. Parent coaching and contact centres to name a few.
I have coached in group settings and one to one.
Why I Want To Help?
I have a passion to help other grow positively in their power.
I truly believe that it is really important for us to discover ourselves and get to know who we truly are. This is one of the first steps to start liking ourselves and then loving ourselves.
The Goal
Discovering who you really are and then getting to know YOU. This is my aim to help those who want to start this journey and this is why I created Own Your Power Within Website.
To get you started on this journey, I have created a self-discovery workbook, which is a very powerful guided journal.
The best project that you will ever work on is yourself.
I am also working on as we speak a series of powerful workbooks that will make this journey easier and faster.
